National Sales Manager - Corporate Accounts

Job Summary:
Videk, a Rochester, New York Top 100 Company, is seeking to expand its US Sales organization in order to keep up with growth.  We are looking for seasoned sales professionals to fill positions in strategic account management.

Videk, Inc. is seeking a high-energy, aggressive individual to sell vision inspection systems and solutions in the Printing & Mailing marketplace into major segments including Insurance/Healthcare, High Volume Statement Processors, Banking, and Investment Companies.  The major focus for this candidate will be on Videk's Page Scanning and Envelope Scanning solutions. This individual will be responsible for meeting sales quotas by cultivating new and current relationships through intensive account management and strategic planning. Candidate must have ability to work out of a home office. Extensive travel (50% or more) is required.  This is a salaried plus commission-based position, with the payout based on achieving certain sales quotas. This position reports to the Vice President of US Sales.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree with 10+ years major account sales experience, or equivalent combination of education, industry and/or strategic selling experience. Thorough knowledge of the Print and Mail industry is required, either as an executive manager of a corporate print or mail operation or experience in selling technology-based solutions within this industry is preferred.

You must have:

·     Excellent interpersonal/customer relations, verbal, and written communications skills.
·     A strong ability to effectively navigate through large organizations, identify key decision makers, and close the deal.
·     Good negotiation, project management, organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
·     Ability to set strategic plans, and accomplish results with proven account management skills.
·     Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint presentations.
·     Exude self-confidence; be highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
·     Good analytical and problem solving skills.
