Some document processing applications require the simultaneous reading and matching of data from multiple locations within the process. For example, in many situations checks are printed in a parallel, dual stream. Use of two (or more) cameras on a common DocuVision system enables real-time yet independent inspections on both document streams for the match of MICR and human readable check numbers. In other cases, multiple cameras may be needed for incremental delayed matching of personalized mailpiece components as they are assembled on equipment such as pocket-to-pocket matching on inserting equipment.
