Videk and inc.jet Complete Strategic Alliance Agreement - (9/16/2001)

ROCHESTER, NY - Videk and inc.jet, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gunther International, completed the terms of a new partnership, it was announced today. The new strategic alliance will allow for the accelerated rollout of Videk's revolutionary InViziCode product line. InViziCode is a breakthrough technology for the printing and reading of invisible control marks including barcodes (linear & 2D), OMR and human readable text (OCR). Invisible marks provide significant new opportunities to enhance personalized documents and one-to-one direct marketing materials, as well as new applications for security printing and mailing. InViziCode is the direct result of a long-term collaboration by inc.jet, Videk and Hewlett-Packard to bring together their unique technologies into real-world solutions that will be offered through Videk's global marketing partner channels in the document printing and production mailing industry.
