Videk Proudly Displayed on The Today Show - (2/2/2005)

ROCHESTER, NY - Imagine the surprise of Tom Slechta, President of Rochester based Videk, Inc., when on February 2, while having breakfast, he caught a video clip on the Today Show that showed President Bush standing next to Videk's Print Verification StandTM (PVS).  "There's nothing better than waking up in the morning and seeing the President of the United States standing next to your equipment on the national news." Slechta commented.  The clip showed President Bush visiting a Federal Management Services (FMS) site, the division of the U.S. Treasury that is responsible for printing government issued checks.  The VPS was being used as a backdrop for the President's discussion of Social Security reform.
