ROCHESTER, NY - Videk has entered into a formal agreement with Océ Printing Systems to distribute their InViziCode Product line worldwide, it was announced today.  The new Preferred Partner and Product Agreement will further enhance the sales of both companies' products by broadening the market distribution of InViziCode, a break-through enabler product for invisible ink printing. 

Through this program, Videk will support Ocè's 20 operating companies and 10 distributors on the InViziCode Print System (IPS), arming them with sales support, technical information and product literature to distribute to their customer and prospect base.  Together, the partnership will create a customer-focused business solution to address cutting-edge needs of the document printer. This agreement also provides the opportunity for the engineering teams of both companies to continue to work closely together in developing new solutions. 

This agreement is the culmination of over two years of joint product development, between Videk and Océ resulting in a stand-alone, turnkey solution for invisible ink printing.  The InViziCode product line was first previewed commercially only less than 12 months ago and has already been successfully installed in three continents (North America, Europe and Africa).  This market expansion into invisible printing allows Videk to address solutions outside the traditional vision markets and enter into new market segment applications of invisible ink printing for security, brand protection, anti-fraud and anti-counterfeit protection.
